## Questions and help

Email help@ralyo.uk with questions about ralyo, the public website or the launch list. The tennis coaching app is being developed for iPhone and Android and is not yet available to download. The website's sample coaching and practice plan illustrate the direction of the product rather than providing a review of your own tennis.

If you are asking about a problem on the website, describe the page and what you were trying to do. You do not need to send tennis footage or sensitive personal information to ask a question. The filming guide and frequently asked questions on the homepage may also help you understand what is being built.

## Your information and choices

Email privacy@ralyo.uk about your personal information, including a request to delete a launch-list email address. The website privacy notice describes what the launch list stores, why it is kept and how to exercise your rights.

Joining the launch list is optional and requires permission to email you when ralyo launches. Optional website analytics has a separate consent choice. You can use Analytics preferences in the website footer to change that choice or withdraw analytics consent. Asking for help does not require you to accept analytics.
